Lakeside Soft Spa was founded in 1992 in Oostburg Wisconsin by Lamont(Henry) Rauwerdink , with a simple goal: to provide reliable sales and service exclusively for Softub Spas. What began as a small family business has grown into a trusted name, serving customers for more than 34 years.
In 2012, Lamont’s daughter Amy and her husband Scott took over the business, continuing the tradition of hands-on service and strong customer relationships that Lakeside Soft Spa was built on.
Now, in 2026, we are proud to welcome the third generation of ownership. Travis Zurmond, Lamont’s grandson and Amy’s nephew, along with his wife Sarah, have taken the reins. Travis quite literally grew up in the business—learning the trade alongside his family—and is excited to continue the legacy his grandfather started. Carrying this family tradition forward is something we are deeply proud of, and we’re honored to share that journey with our customers.
